WTF Riot..minion blocks now champion blocks?

I've been playing this game since s3. Never in that time have I ever gotten pinned to the wall, unable to move in any direction. Minions blocking you from csing especially if you're a large champion like Cho'Gath and now champions being able to block you against a wall and you not able to move at all? This bug seriously needs to be fixed. It's annoying how I can't cs sometimes because of minions and now I have this happen in a game. Not really acceptable
