New Buy Window Inconsistencies when clicking

Please fix this.

When I go into buy window, double click something, sometimes it doesn't even recognize that I clicked on the item. I have to move my mouse around on it for a second or two before it realizes I am there, then double click. It doesn't always happen, just sometimes.

This really is a pain when you are trying to hurry to defend a turret or get out to help your team.

Thanks.
