Ryze isn't in urf?

I haven't seen a single Ryze in urf yet not in stream highlights or in my own games (I have played over 60 games) I don't know if I am extremely unlucky or is it bugged.

Maybe Riot disabled him or you're just unlucky.

I'm thinking the same thing, with Sona. I haven'y played or seen her in any of my URF games yet.
