Zed Q bug after using ultimate.

After using Zed's ult, I was able to do an E Q combo like normal but after my Q came back off cooldown I wasnt able to use the ability for almost ten more seconds. Only have had this issue on the new Galaxy Slayer Zed skin and only a hand full of times.
