Monster Tooltips Showing Wrong

Hoving over monsters indicates what buff/extra rewards you will get for smiting it, correct? Well the Lizard's tooltip says "you gain a large amount of health over two seconds" Which is clearly not what happens because the health gain is instant, and it doesn't say how much exactly either. Same exact case with the Golem.

Not quite sure if this is fixed in the new patch but I haven't seen anything about it so thought I would share.
