Oriana ults sometimes doesn't go off

I noticed while you only move the ball slightly it will be possible that you can't activate the ult. I didn't tried to replicate it but I had the bug verry clearly in a pvp game. I kepts pressing R but nothing happends & my ult was clearly out of cooldown...

I hope this bug get fixed, it's a really impactfull bug tho...
