My Tickets under Support Page take me to a blank page

My current and even the old past ticket that was there from like 4 years ago is now gone. It's not the internet as I am able to click through every other page with no issues. There's just nothing there when I click "my tickets"

Edit- Upon scanning the blank page my mouse cursor will sometimes turn into the finger, IE when its over a link. So there is obviously text and such there, but somehow the background is overlapping all the text.
