[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's left side passive vitals are nearly impossible to hit

Fiora's passive vitals have very erratic soft spots - the left ones most of all, being EXTREMELY narrow compared to the three other directions. You can outright lose games because of the bugged narrow hitbox for the left vitals!

How to reproduce: proc/reset Fiora's passive until it appears on the left side of an enemy. Attempt to proc it using a basic attack while the enemy is moving. Compare/contrast to EVERY OTHER vital direction.
