Are we allowed to ask for status updates on bugs?
Because it's not like Riot can respond to every bug thread, but there are some minor bugs that persist for quite a while despite repeated entries, while other bugs that are just as minor that get fixed almost immediately. So would it be okay to ask for a response on the current status of a bug/how close it is to being fixed? Since it would be wrong to just keep making threads and "expecting" responses?
The bugs in question has been going for about 7 months now. They are minor Zed audio bugs on all of his skins when using W and W2, also a minor animation bug on Project Zed where he doesn't properly return to his idle state after doing an emote, his model sliding back into an idle state instead of using the "wind down from an emote" animation.
I would like to know if we are allowed to ask for status updates? If not, I'm sorry. This has just been bothering me for a while.
