Strength of the Ages - Bug or incorrect tooltip?

Hey guys. I believe I've discovered a bug unless Riot intended to make this change. Currently, Strength of the Ages, the keystone mastery at the bottom of the tank tree, basically says that every large monster or siege minion you kill grants 20 bonus health, 10 if an ally killed them. However, I just played Volibear vs bots and noticed I only got 10 health for every jungle monster I killed, even if an ally was nowhere close enough to take the killing blow. This might only be for Voli, but it is a pretty huge bug unless Riot secretly nerfed SotA.

"Siege minions and large monsters that you or nearby allied champions kill grant 20 and 10 permanent health, respectively....."

That's what the first part of the tool tip reads. The "respectively" isn't referring to the "you or nearby allied champions kill," it's referring to the "siege minions and large monsters," meaning siege minions grant 20 permanent health and large monsters grant 10 permanent health, regardless of whether you or an allied champion kills it.
