[GAMEPLAY] Cute Critters of Powerball doom

Rammus' Powerball ability is not being interrupted by Lulu's Whimsy. Specifically, if Rammus activates powerball and begins moving towards the enemy champion, and then becomes polymorphed, he will maintain his speed buff, and the effects (slow and whatnot) still happen. He DOES change into a critter, but continues with his attack as if he were not. Have seen this happen 3 times in a match. (100% of the times tested)
