[CLIENT?] - Weird Graphical Bug?

at the end of a game, I clicked "Yes" to Surrender when I clicked the button, my entire screen started flashing a solid Red, over and over fairly fast my first thought was it was a huge seizure risk and it compelled me to say something

I had died right before hitting yes, and it was 3Y, 1N and 1Y in that order in the surrender (i mention because the 'no' vote is red, same as the flashing color) I thought perhaps it had something to do with the red 'damage' effect when you're hit

it lasted until i clicked the Continue button at the end screen

I have no idea how to attempt to recreate this, and this was the only instance ive ever seen it
