No recall button bug in patch 7.23

Had a game today where I literally had no recall button. That's right - just a big empty space in the interface where it used to be. And, even clicking on the round space was unable to activate a recall either. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience having to head back to base manually. (Luckily this was a normal game, not a ranked game.)
