[Client] Champion Select Dcing, but voice chat works fine

I just experienced a champion select where I was not able to select or lock in a champion because the client kept giving me a notification that it could not connect, it then would connect again, and disconnect again. The whole time, the person in my party could hear me speak without interruption.

This occurred 1 time thus far.

1)Enter Champion Select with one other person in the party and use voice comm 2) Experience Effect above 3)champ select closes because you cannot select champion

I noticed no issues with my internet during the time, and it would have disconnected completly if that was the issue.
