hecarim's e crit bug
i'm not really sure when or how, but it happened to me more than once where my e crits while i have 0 crit chance.
although i'm not sure if a visual bug or an acual crit with more damage

Sometimes if you hit a criteria for bonus damage on an ability, Riot makes the number look like they crit. The reason for this is that it's the fastest way to show to the player they hit their bonus damage requirement.
Primarily, I've seen this on Karthus's Q and Anivia's E, when you land it single target/on someone affected by Q/R, respectively. Odds are it exists on far more champions that that, however.
I believe the crit is for the smaller stun circle on donger E. Always forget if it has bonus damage though.
