So I don't know if Riot answered my ticket but they basically said honor gets reset after new season? If that is the case why did you promise if I hit honor 2 by feb 14th or 19th that I would be eligible for rewards again? I Feel lied to or whoever answered my support ticket doesn't know what they are talking about. Please don't use "community" experts to answer tickets that are about BUGS. Seriously whats going on and why did my account lose 2 checkpoints? this is not cool.

This was a bug on our end, and we're working on fixing it. You won't lose checkpoints if you're below level 2. You'll be set correctly soon - hopefully within a day or so.

There are very specific requirements to be eligible for earning your rewards if you were below Honor 2 at the end of last season. I do not know the specific dates on when you'll get the rewards for those who met these requirements, though.
they stole 5 of my checkpoints. i worked hard to get honor 4 and not that many players are honor 4, 5, let alone 3.it was an accomplishment and took a year. Rank i understand resetting, but this is honor it's different
