I can not move!

There is a bug where i do not lag nor do i have fps issues. I can legit watch the enemy kill me yet i can not move my champion and im not the only one this has been happening too. This also happened on a stream with T1 where his whole team could not move their champs but could talk in chat please FIX THIS!
