Can't see FPS or MS in game [CLIENT]

I'm not sure why but ever since 8.15 I can't see my FPS or MS in the upper right hand corner where it usually is. I didn't change any settings around that time and I can't find a way to fix it.

Pretty sure the key to get it back is CTRL+F, do it in practice tool though Edit: Tested it and it is CTRL+F to bring back your Ping and FPS counter.
