[GAMEPLAY TECHNICALLY?] Two spectator mode bugs.

First and most obvious bug. Rammus' portrait is a black square in spectator mode. Not actually sure if this is limited only to spectator, as I haven't seen a Rammus in a live game.

Second, my ability to chat becomes disabled in spectator mode if I bring up the teamfight UI with A. Specifically, I am able to type (to whisper to friends) before I enter the teamfight UI. But if I leave the UI (as well as during it) the enter key will NO LONGER work to open the chat entry box. I can still see the chat window, but I, myself, cannot do anything. I'd post a screenshot of this but there is really no way for me to screenshot something like that not happening.
