Placement games wrong?

Currently in my placements, and I'm not doing so well. However, theres another issue. I am currently 1-4 in my placements. however, it says I've played 6/10 games, when I've only played 5. Of course my first game I had an issue with my computer mid game, and actually had to do a full factory settings restore and and redownload everything, so I got marked as a "Leave" does that count as 2 losses or something? Because if it's counting 6 games when I've only played 5, that's kind of an issue haha
