Just had an AFK player because the game was bugged

In my 4-27 ARAM match when I was playing Kayle one of our players dodged in the lobby with 12 seconds to go. I saw a message that a player left the lobby. The game started anyways and that same player was AFK for the whole match.

This looks like a bug in the dodge system.
