[Gameplay] Rek'Sai Q proc'ing 4 times

Rek'Sai's Q will proc 4 times. Seems to be only occurring if you activate Q as an auto reset and do not stutter step and only about 50% of the time. The 4th Q would deal its damage and generate fury as normal, apply lifesteal etc. Not sure but seemed to be a stutter in the buff bar where the icon showing her Q is on between the 3rd and 4th hit. Not sure, but I feel like it may be linked to the Kindred E bug. Might be something larger to do with empowered successive auto attacks due to jhin files? Like Kindred 3 hit E and reporccing the bonus max hp damage, Rek'Sai Q working on 4 autos.
