Clicking off client is extremely buggy, gets stuck to cursor. Locks out interaction with other apps.

Hello, Usually I just have intense lag with the client itself but today it started causing problems when I try to interact with other apps. Seemingly, it takes over the entirety of my work space. Other apps like webpages become uninterracttible and clicking on them can cause the league client to get stuck on click dragging. Essentially making interacting with it impossible.

Also haven't been able to connect to games without getting the Retry/Cancel prompt. Retry never works, you have to cancel then reconnect.

Just repaired client a bit ago and still having these issues. Thanks
