Can we please fix the Aurelion Sol Manaflow interaction bug already?

This has been going on for more than two patches now, and in this bugfix hotfix patch it has STILL not been fixed and it's pissing me off. Aurelion Sol's passive and W do not stack manaflow band, meaning that us Sol players who skip RoA are severely mana deprived because then you can literally only proc it off your Q and R. Now I have to take Nullifying Orb into every matchup and I have to go the RoA build which grants a very late powerspike. Why does Riot seem to love ignoring Sol? A Rioter told us over on the subreddit before the hotfix that this would be fixed, and still nothing.
