Perfect Casting Tibbers before Deaths eats the ultimate

As stated above sometimes when casting Tibbers only frames before death Tibbers enters a voided state where the ability is on cooldown client site, ready when pinged and never actually spawns until you are able to cast the ability again once the cooldown has ran out.
