Wooglet's Witchcap is not giving the bonus AP all the time. Will we see a real fix for this?

Yes, it does. Check the math.
If you say it does, then why does the display say 0? Check the green label and you'll see that even if it does calculate the AP bonus it won't show it all the time. That's what I mean. I want Riot to fix the label.
