Chilling Smite No Longer Offers a Luden's Stack

It actually will proc. the BURST of Luden's Echo but will NOT grant a stack of it. What I mean is, if Luden's is at 100 and you use Smite, it will create the small explosion damage. However, if your Luden's is at 20 and you Smite, you won't gain any increase like 20->30.

This is inconsistent and makes no sense to me. After all, Smite procs. Furor, Liandry's, Rylai's and Spell Vamp (all for single target).

This is a bug for all smites btw
