LB tether doesn't cancel when GA pops

Now this may not be a bug however I believe that if you kill someone with GA they should have their tethering abilities cancelled while they're respawning. I'm not sure how this interaction works with Morg, Kled, Karma, Thresh's Q, etc. With Leblanc I just played a game where she had a Tristana under her chains and had been killed with GA.. as she was respawning the chains didn't cancel and locked down the Trist. Trist still out played and killed her but this interaction should be fixed. It's punishment enough to have to try to kill an LB twice.
