[gameplay] If your team kills dragon while you just died. you dont get stacks

on your jungle item. Just had 26 stacks on devour and I died to lee sin. my Lux sniped the dragon and I should've gotten stacks on my item since It happened only a few seconds after I died and I still got the assist on dragon.
