New champ select bug that might get me banned when its not even my fault.

What happened is everything WAS going fine. Then when everybody locked in and the timer hit 0, it said "a battle is about to begin" like it normally does, but nothing happened. Everybody that was in my queue was wondering wtf was going on, and why the game wouldn't start. Everybody else left the queue, way after 0, but it still hasn't even gotten into the loading screen yet. I exit too, then I log back in, but it has a small patch for some reason. Different login screen now, so that might be it. But when I log back in it says "please recconnect to the game" like its supposed to. HOWEVER when I click recconect NOTHING HAPPENS. Am I really going to get banned or leaver busted just because I encountered a freaking BUG that left me no choice but to either wait for a long time or quit and try again, when everybody else in queue already quit before the loading screen even began. After logging in and out 3 times it finally let me in the game, but why should I have to wait that long or even do such a thing instead of it simply taking me into the loading screen in the first place like its supposed to? This was in a ranked queue too! So I may end up losing lp for this, which just isn't fair! When I finally got into the game, it was ONLY ME AND MY JG. I'm so sorry if I sound negative or ranty when typing this. I normally try to be as positive as possible but I'm just frustrated here. Will Riot at least give me the lp I lost back? Since there was nothing I could do but dodge.
