Poppy Update W bug
It does nto take into account mastery and rune armor and MR

Be sure to check your masteries, that you have the points in. Same for your rune page.
I have attempted to recreate, and Poppy's W DOES take runes and masteries into account, for the passive.
I used pure armor page, pure magic resistance page, also a hybrid of them both, and it did exactly as it was supposed to.
12% of 76 is 9 not 8. Also it has trouble counting the bonus armor from Mastery(legendary guardian). idk the tooltip is not displaying correctly. Its always a number or 2 off.
