[Gameplay] Towers HP bars Remain even after they are broken

So in ARAM and in SR I will get towers down and for ~15 seconds the tower's HP bar is still there even though the tower is gone. If you look at this screenshot we've already been doing damage to the nexus and the previous tower's hp bar is still there. Definitely a bug introduced from the HP bar update. The HP bar does eventually go away.
