[Client] Client Cannot Reconnect when computer is put to Sleep

When I put my laptop to sleep with league logged in, it cannot properly reconnect upon waking up and recommends I close league and have to reopen to get it to function right again. This seems kind of annoying it cannot just reconnect to league when the computer wakes up.

This seems like it isn't something that should be that uncommon of a scenario for people on laptops or desktops. I'm assuming league just thinks I lost internet connection and it should be able to recognize I have one again when trying to reconnect yet doesn't. This would be a nice QoL update since client already tries to reconnect just something goes wrong during this process.

I'm on win 10.
