[Gameplay] Healthbar Missing / Tab Screen All Messed up Bug - Game Unplayable

This bug has been around a while where the tab screen is all messed up and you can't see any players name appropriately when entering game. After the health bar update, when the bug occurs health bars are completely gone. The game is unplayable while this bug is active (you can't see enemy hp or even who is on their team or their items). Only way I can fix it is to leave game and then go back in. Luckily with SSD and gr8 graphics card I can make it back not losing even one minion wave so my team is cool; I just lose out on opportunities like invades. Others on a slow connection could lose more than a wave and could even get banned especially if it's ranked as their team may not care if they're bugged as 3 mins out of game can cost your team a whole lot.

Old laptop that had the tab issue but not hp bar: OS: Win10 (most up-to-date 2017 Fall creator update, and prior) Intel HD graphics When it happened on this computer, the health bars were still there just flashed on the hub everytime you took damage.
