[Lobby] Can't Add Friends to Games

I often get an error message trying to add people to normal draft. I get an error message that the person is unavailable to come even though they were not yet invited and are indeed free to come and want to come. Usually having them make the game room and add me works fine or a mutual friend can add them and we don't have an issue.

Has anyone else had this issue?
