while running 45% crit damage runes the tooltip still stated 50% at the start of the game
might wanna check this for all other moves that scale with crit damage like Alpha strike and Ashe frost shot
Caitlyn's passive damage has this formula (according to the wiki):
50% + (critical chance x (1 + 0.5 x bonus critical damage))%
With this formula, if your critical chance is 0%, then your bonus critical damage won't add any extra damage, because anything multiplied by 0 will be 0. So you need some critical chance before your bonus critical damage will add any extra damage to Caitlyn's passive.
