[GAMEPLAY] Rengar unable to see at start of the match- HAVE NOT SEEN/HEARD THIS BEFORE!

Basicaly, the effect was a perminant blackscreen except for their HUD (note that this is seccond-hand data, and probably is a hyper-rare bug. Just dropping this report in for the hell of it- may as well get it fixed.) This bug is fixed by relogging into the match. Does NOT need to be fixed, but is out there.

Again, this was what my TEAMMATE described. Very odd, but AGAIN, can be fixed easily.
