I dodged...? Last pick didnt ban and I got the penalty >.<???

I was 1st pick, i had vayne selected and I was waiting for the last ban to ban darius. I patiently waited as the timer hit 0 to be returned to queue but it stayed on 0 for about 15 seconds, slowly showed the banning animation on Darius' portrait, then booted me and said thaat I dodged queue. Tf just happened?
