I just played vs a Quinn top and even though i blinded her first, she would still be able to hit her blind. how is that possible? i thought that Abilities that apply on-hit effects will also miss when blinded? is this intentional or a bug?

No it's not an on hit ability, it's an aoe skill shot which you aim at a direction with. Are we really talking about the same skill >_>
theonlyaustin1 votesteemo blind doesn't effect skill shots. Same thing with Gnar Q, Ezreal Q, Sivir Q, Mundo Q. It only blocks AA. Sorry bro, not a glitch. Mods can we get this off here?
