Mastery Badge Emote blocked by Vel'Koz's Health Bar

Vel'Koz's mastery emote lets the badge pop up, but his health bar basically blocks the whole thing. I'm sure Vel'Koz isn't the only one with this problem. It's a shame to earn the emote and try to use it but can barely see it. It's a small thing, I know, but I thought it was enough.
