Rune Mixer not showing?

I used the rune mixer quite a bit in the past but I haven't used it it awhile and I have a ton of runes that I don't really want anymore so I go to the Rune Page.... and I cant find the Rune Mixer button anymore.

Is this a bug? Did Riot get rid of it? Perhaps they moved it?

can anybody shed some light on this?

They removed it

They announced a while ago that they were planning on removing it. They removed it.
