Remnant of the watcher doesn't ping the exact gold amount for quest completion

I like to get Remnant on Karma.

Most of the time, when i'm close to completion for the quest, I ping it for my allies so they know how much gold I need so they can stay a little bit longer in lane with me.

So everytime I'm at about 485 gold but under 500, I ping it. But it always has a difference of exactly 104 gold under.

So if I'm at 499 gold (1 gold from quest completion), it says I need an 103 extra gold
