[Gameplay] Windspeaker's Blessing and Runic armor does not work on Mordekaiser's passive

As the title says neither windspeaker's blessing nor runic armor works with Mordekaiser's passive shield.

1.Choose windspeaker's blessing and/or runic armor 2.Start a game with Mordekaiser 3.Maximum amount of passive shield is NOT increased by either mastery

In my game i had 531 starting HP.Passive shield however remained at 132.75 (25% of max hp).

With windspeaker's blessing the passive shield should be ~145.2 at the start. With runic armor ~142.5 With both ~155.76 and so on.

It does not work in any match.
