[GAMEPLAY] Enemy Hec Smites player for 1004 true damage

I was playing a norm, the enemy Hec had elder dragon buff and went and dove at me by my turret. I was running away with nearly 1/3 health when he smited me for the kill. I checked damage and it reported the Hecarim's Chilling Smite as having dealt 1004 true damage.
