Been stuck in ghost game for 3 hours

So earlier today I queued up for a game, did all that fun stuff, the game was about to begin and BAM error. Something along the lines of: theres a problem and you can't join the game. So I restarted my client and for the last 3 hours I've been "stuck in the match" and unable to "reconnect" or leave the ghost game at all... Its kinda annoying and I'm wondering if theres anything to fix it. I tried just waiting it out because I heard ghost games fix themselves after 2 hours but thats not the case for me :/
