Auto Attack Bug?

Recently when playing as an ADC I've noticed a bug regarding Auto Attacks not coming out on Champions like Caitlyn and Senna. Some reason or another Auto attacks are being cancelled or for some reason not following up with additional attacks after clicking on target. I have seen this happen on Caitlyn and even Senna. I know Senna has a slow attack speed but that's not what I am saying. I mean I will click on target to auto, one auto comes out and then my character stands their in confusion doing nothing, and I am in range of the autos.

I do use Attack Move a lot and I even switch to target champion only anytime I fight around CS. I dont know if anyone else is experiencing this but I hope someone at Riot can fix whatever is causing this bug. I haven't been playing much of any other ADC right now so I dont know if this is just on these two champions or if its on others as well. But I have noticed an increase of Autos not going off, Abilities not going off and some of these situations is not user based it really feels like system related issue. I swear these champions are in my Attack Range so its not them going out of range and my character just not having any close targets.

Anyways I hope this gets fixed whatever it is.
