Champ select freeze. (Help!)

Lately when i'm in ranked champ select, my client will either: A) Freeze up completely after I have locked in and I count minutes before restarting client and entering a game B) The timer of an opponent will go to 0 and stay there. Ally chat still works but they are stuck at 0 and the game gives me a forced dodge.

Any fixes? I'm getting salty because this shit seems to target me during my promos.
