v7.19 EUW Server lag/bug

Server : EUW Type : in-game

Server issues i guess. Although Ping is 60ms it feels like its over 300ms. This happens to me and all others in my game for 15min it was impossible to play!!! We where all having a incredible lag. After the 15min mark we tried to surrender, and dispide the surrender failed, we all got disconnected.. after a while the game closed and the match is not in the history...
