[Minor/Major] Network binding

League of Legends does not appear to bind to networks in windows, according to network priority. In fact, it appears to bind completely at random.

I have two connections on my PC at the moment, an Ethernet connection, going to one modem, and a wireless connection, that is connected to a second modem. The two modems are from two different companies (changing ISPs, there is an overlap of time when both are active). For various reasons, I have connected to both networks on my computer.

Windows is set to prioritize all programs to the Ethernet connection, unless specific programs forcefully bind to the other. I do have some programs set to bind to the wireless network, rather than the Ethernet, which they do as they are set to. League, on the other hand, appears to neither follow this priority, or any priority, for that matter.

When starting it, the launcher bound to the wireless, rather than the Ethernet. The lobby/chat client, connected on the Ethernet network, as it was supposed to. The game client has been connecting between the two fairly randomly. It usually sticks to one of the two when the game starts, but I have had times where it has switched in the game loading screen, and even once in game.

It may be unlikely, but should others find themselves in a situation like this, where they have two different internet connections, having the game client decide to randomly change which one it's on can be problematic, as it appears to take 30 seconds or more in order for it to properly bind to the new IP.

Wow, that's really weird.
