There's a long time BUG with the Item Cull

Where upon finishing using the first Cull and selling it to buy a brand new one, you don't get the Passive to work again.

It goes as far as even showing weird charge numbers for the Passive (something like 14450) sometimes.

I think the weirder bug is that Cull is even still in the game.
